NATA is governed by a
Board of Directors, each independently elected by the membership to a three-year term. Each year the board appoints officers to serve a one-year term.
We are guided by the
NATA Bylaws and operate the organization in several functional areas (org chart below, or
download here). A more detailed description of Formation Services is
